Sealing Cleaning Services

Two types of sealer (Those which penetrate and those which leave a surface coating)

1. The penetrating sealer will leave a natural invisible finish. Will impregnate the surface thereby protecting it from stains, mould and increase its longevity. These sealers will not make the surface slippery

• Penetrating water based or solvent
  Natural look, internal/external use. Suitable for sandstone, travertine, limestone, granite, terracotta, pavers. Any porous vitrified tiles
• Consolidator
  Natural look premium penetrator. Will harden and bind porous and friable surfaces. To prevent salt attack around swimming pools, coping, retaining walls and soft masonry surfaces. This sealer helps to maintain the integrity of deteriorating masonry

2. The surface coating. This sealer will protect the surface but will alter the appearance of the surface to differing degrees. Such as darkening or providing a shiny wet look. Some just enhance the stone without the shiny finish

• Enhancer or Wet look.
  Designed to enhance the natural beauty of the surface without leaving a slippery surface. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor use and is best suited for pavers where a darker look is desired. Depending on environment and high traffic areas product lasts up to 3 years
• Acrylic/resin based.
  Forms a protective coating; strengthening the surface. Preventing stains mould and mildew while slightly darkening the surface. Ideal for concrete, stencil and stamped concrete, slate, driveways etc Product lasts up to 3 years
